I am positively surprised by this bag! At first I wasn't sure if it's really what I was hoping for, but now that I've used it several times in different situations I find it perfect. Very pleasant to the touch - very soft, like soft leather, so are the straps (which is a must for me - I need comfortable straps). The strap is long enough to carry it crossbody anytime, but also shortened so I can wear it crossbody comfortably. For reference, I'm 5ft 6" and a size 16. I just measured the strap to its maximum length (with buckles) and it came out 54". So far the zips have been very smooth and easy to use - I keep my lip gloss in the bottom front zip so I use it quite a bit. As for the inside, it was very easy for me to get my phone and wallet in and out. My only complaint is that the small inner pocket isn't very easy to open and close - I had planned to use it for my wallet, but instead I just used another small open pocket inside as shown in my drawing. Speaking of wallets - I've just started trying this out as a travel wallet and I love it - and it's the perfect size for this wallet! It's small but not too small - perfect if I just want to take a small handbag with me and only need the bare essentials. All I have are keys, lip gloss, a big phone and a thin wallet. It also fits in my passport (with a thin case) when I'm traveling but still feels a bit bulky but doable. The color was a little darker than mustard than I was hoping but I still love it. I've added a photo of my other wallet in a more authentic mustard yellow color. Finally I've been more careful with this wallet in general because I'm used to big wallets with strong straps lol that's why they seem so fragile to me I'm afraid they might break if the wallet gets snagged or pulled. difficult but I'll update this if anything happens to them. Overall I love this bag and will be getting a few more in different colors! :)
