Packaging was very safe and secure upon delivery. The online image accurately represented the product posted online. In fact, it turned out to be smaller than I thought it would be, which was a pleasant surprise. The instructions are simple and easy to read. The GPS tracker was easy to set up (I used the app on my phone), easy to install and started tracking immediately. It's great that the tracker can easily be taken from car to car. I can imagine how great this would be for seniors, teenagers or company vehicles. The app was very easy to use and I love that you can view history and track each trip and the time it took to get to each destination. It also exceeded my expectations and tracked the top speed. Highly recommended!
