UPDATE! I'm expecting a replacement today, the 2nd replacement, and I just found out that my 3rd FAN that I bought isn't working when charging; No more green light indicates full charge. We measured the charging time, initially it was 3 hours; then fell completely. When the light showing green is fully charged, will stop; the fan only runs for 5 hours at fan level 2 (three fan levels). Initially, the fan worked from 8 to 12 hours. Tried to contact the seller with information. They were glad I got a replacement; but didn't seem bothered and offered no solution. What is in line with their Ovument and Customer Guarantee when you contact them? Good communication and NOTHING. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm shocked. This little fan erases. When you have a husband who always seems hot (Arizona) even when it's cool. It made him sleep MUCH better at low power. He loves air movement! We also just bought two more, one for a mega cab truck, helps pets in the back and an RV for when my husband sleeps in a bullnose. I am impressed. Now I hope it lasts a long time. It is used!
