Update: The seller read the review and sent a replacement watch. The daughter was delighted. It was a gift our 8 year old bought with money for his birthday. She loved how easy it was to read and got very excited as she randomly told us the times throughout the day. She brought it to me about 8 days after she received it because the time was wrong. Looking closely, I discovered that part of the crystal had broken off and fallen into the dial, preventing the hands from moving. My daughter said she didn't drop it and we assumed she bumped it on something while wearing it. We were both disappointed that the crystal didn't hold up well.
