I love this dress! I bought this for an annual report and it's business related but not uptight at the same time. I don't like pant suits but I'm a fat girl and I still love style and I like clothes that are too tight or too big. I'm apple shaped so I carry most of my weight on my stomach and chest so tight clothing isn't very comfortable. It stuck to me, but my "Love Handles/Muffin Top" is flatter thanks to the ruffles. Measurements 5'4" / 230 lbs. They usually wear a size 18/20 so I ordered 2xl and it true to size.
