Upset. My review
I live in Wisconsin and it's important to buy kids' boots before Halloween, otherwise it's almost impossible to find them in stores because they're sold out and not backordered for the season. I was concerned if they would fit but they are true to size and my grandson loves them easy on and off. Will they keep his feet warm and dry? I don't know the answer to this question yet because there is no snow.
