The mats were easy to install and fit perfectly. The material they are made from looks like it's very tough, and it is really easy to clean (especially compared to the factory carpet!). When I received my package, I had a defective seam in one mat. The seller immediately responded to my message about the defect, had me send a photo so they could see the problem and which mat it was, and very quickly had a replacement mat in the mail to me. They couldn't have been any nicer, or any easier to deal with. Most excellent service, backing up a great product!
