I’m a side sleeper and it does definitely offer the neck support but the way it’s curved my head sits low on the pillow.However that is normal for these types of pillows. My friend has one so she was showing me how it works and to be honest on my side it’s a little less neck support than I would like. I woke up a few times from headaches from moving around on it and putting my head in a weird angle.But it’s built good, super soft and definitely high quality memory foam. So I can’t fault the pillow it’s just not right for me.
