I have no idea what you mean! Although it seems to be the norm, it is not! In theory, you are free to take it, but there are plenty of other options available to you! Some pros: DirectInput / XInput, Even if the triggers are difficult to pull (as many drivers have noted), the gas can be adjusted during races, which is really useful for me, and the triggers don't bother me in the least! Con: The cost is a little bit out of my pricing range! This wire can be found in each and every one of Logitech's products. In addition to this, the wire unexpectedly snapped in the middle, rather than close to the joystick itself as it had done with my prior Logitechs! After just two months after the purchase, it was ruined! On the other hand, the fact that someone knows how to fix cables is not a barrier! Despite this, I would recommend going the wireless route because the wires are really pointless and I had a terrible time dealing with them.
