Item arrived quickly and everything seemed fine until I put the batteries in. Loose parts could be heard when accessing the battery cover. Rattling in the night light. I put the batteries in and tried turning the light on but it didn't work. I then tried different batteries to be on the safe side, but the light didn't work. It's certainly a sweet gift, but for the price, I expected it to work and not sound like there were broken parts inside. As this was sold by a third party Revain was only able to get a refund and I have to take it to a UPS store to return it to get a refund. Very disappointed and definitely a nuisance for what should have been a birthday present.
