OK. Cons: The waist belt is very small. The water bottle sleeves are difficult to reach when carrying. Mesh/ventilated back panel does not affect heat/sweat reduction. The plastic chest strap clip popped out (my fault) when I caught something and pulled to release it; however, the sewn connection of the tape would have prevented this. Definitely not 20 liters.
