Review on Edifier H185 Headphones Classic Earphones Headphones by Josel Lambert

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Probably the best option currently available

I've been looking for a pair of comfortable, durable and great sounding in-ear mics for years. I have small ear canals and find the rubber-tipped in-ear headphones that have become popular on the market *extremely* uncomfortable. Also, I hate the soundproofing they offer; I don't like hearing myself breathe and my heart is beating and my stomach is turning as I walk, every time the music stops. It seems these headphones are the answer I was looking for. I've bought dozens of variants and I've always encountered similar problems - too big and therefore uncomfortable to wear; sharp edges that are painful when worn; bad sound quality; poor power quality causing the sound to cut out or they will stop working soon. These headphones have none of these problems. You sound great; I've walked around a lot with them in my pocket, dropped my phone while they were plugged in (unplugged my phone), accidentally pulled them out of my ears when walking past doorknobs etc, and never had a wiring issue. or sound quality. They also fit my ears very well and I find them very comfortable. I've bought three pairs of these headphones since May when I first tried them and fell in love with them. They don't really have a volume control, which Revane wants me to appreciate; They have a pause button, which I rarely use anyway, but I don't think they have a volume control. If so, then I don't know how to use it. But I don't see that as a problem at all, I turn the music up to the desired volume and leave it there. Type on the market: plastic is not very durable. I bought three pairs because the first two broke. On the first pair, the plastic over the mic/pause button broke and the mic eventually stopped working. The second pair, one of the ears, had a crack in the plastic casing separating the speaker from the rest. This second pair is still usable, you just have to twist one ear if it falls apart. I've only had my third pair for two weeks and have been really babysitting, but so far so good. I find this a bit of an issue but I buy a new pair every 1-2 months which is a bit annoying. If I could give this one 4.5 stars I would, but since I can't I'm giving it 4/5 stars for this issue.
