I was very disappointed that this cat feeder would not connect to my internet despite my best efforts. I spent about 4 hours connecting it and did everything they suggested to no avail. I was disappointed to say the least. It dispensed the feed very quietly when I manually pressed the feed button. I had high hopes. The silicone scoop inside was brilliant and didn't bang or clog. I really wanted it to work. There was no support and little information about this brand on the internet. 😿 I tried connecting it one more time before packing it up to send it back and I was able to connect it by setting it up as a hotspot. I still don't think this is properly connected as I can only use the video function when I'm nearby, but I can live with that. If I had to do it again I would buy the Petlibro version - it seems people are having fewer connection issues. Although I do not regret this purchase. This is a good buy if you can get it to work.
