This was the second watch I bought for my blind mother. She wore it less than a month and her hands stopped moving. When they contacted the company they were told they would have to pay for the repair. Since I bought it as a gift, the order time was over 30 days (35 in total) when the watch broke. So I can't fix the problem through Revain and I still have a $55 watch left that I have to pay for the repair. Dissatisfied. I will most likely not be buying from this company again, although the first one worked for about a year before it broke.
