I have an IKEA single socket light cord that I use with a large paper lantern in my studio. It really wasn't enough light so I decided to give it a try. I bought together with 3-10W LED bulbs (equivalent to 60W). My studio is not very bright! All this light consumes only 30 watts. It seems like a well-made solid addition to a light fixture and I've had no problem screwing it into an existing light fixture or screwing in bulbs. After installing the lamps, it's quite big, and my big paper lantern can hold it. Very happy with this purchase!
