Cute but poorly made
This is a very cute bag but unfortunately not well made, the hanging loop between the shoulder straps broke at the seams within the first week of use. And just yesterday (I've been using the backpack for less than a month) one of the straps also started tearing from the same seam. The heaviest things I always carry in this bag are my tablet and my lunch. This shows clear signs of poor crosslinking. I would have given him a lower rating if he wasn't so darn cute.
