Have had it for almost a month I have been looking for a humidifier that will not over humidify my room as I work with many drip sensitive materials such as paper and leather. At this price point other ultrasonic humidifiers are also starting to control humidity, but natural evaporation catches my attention as it will never humidify a room past the dew point based on physics alone and not some electronic components. This humidifier works quietly in silent mode. It makes a kind of noise when you turn it up to a high level. The top buttons are a little misleading as it's a 4-way button and not touch control from what the UI looks like. It clicks and that's exactly what makes it cheap for a machine at this price point, but it still works. The filters will show signs of oxidation after first use as the top will turn slightly brown as this is the part where it is constantly being evaporated and rewetted. The top of the fan is a bit difficult to lift with one hand if you find yourself needing to lift it every morning and evening. Adding a sleek handle for the top allows users to lift them better.
