Transferred from the pro 2022 12" position. Everything moves at a much quicker pace, and the 16-inch screen is a treat. Although I did suffer some loss in terms of mobility, I came out ahead in terms of the level of comfort I experienced at work. In addition to charging using MagSafe, charging through USB-C has been maintained, which is a really convenient feature. Has pros: There are no issues with the program (Python development), and the keyboard has significantly improved since I last used it. The blender renders quite quickly. Touch ID is a lot quicker than other methods. The 120 Hz screen is a bomb, and after it even the earlier models feel "painful" in sensations. Bluetooth functionality suddenly improved over time. Below are some downsides: It appears to be substantially more substantial than the versions that came before it. The keyboard is now significantly better than it was in the past, although it is still just average (I have a second keyboard). I would prefer 32 GB of RAM "in the base" model; however, the price of the model with this relatively little addition is substantially more.
