Review on Qtica Intense Lip Repair Balm by Duane Mejia

Like many others who write reviews, I've had flaky/chapped lips constantly for most of my life and have tried countless products to cure them from cheap options like Vaseline and Carmex to ridiculously expensive options that cost over $30 for a tiny bottle. Nothing gave me relief for more than an hour. Until now. I applied it once (1) time and my lips stayed hydrated all day even after it was fully absorbed and I experimentally bit my lips to see if skin would peel. Unnecessary? Maybe, but my lips refused to peel like they had been normal all along. Thanks to the genius who dreamed up this miracle, because I really thought that this is just my lot in life: either constantly smearing myself with hygienic lipstick every 2 minutes or walking around with the texture of crumbling parchment paper. I'm so glad someone finally got it right. This balm is very thick, but with results like this I don't care. It absorbs over time, leaving lips perfectly even without having to reapply throughout the day. (You could probably get away with just wearing it at night.) My only complaint is that I don't like the smell — the menthol reminds me of junk products like Burt's Bees, which always used menthol and just ended up drying my lips. Obviously this is just an unfortunate mental association; others may not care. This stuff is a real deal and will be the only lip product I will be using going forward.
