I used to have a used ZP450 that blew up a few months after purchase. This product is better because: It has a surge protected plug. I think that's why the last one blew me away. -- This device is smaller than the ZP450. I do not know why. I like it. -- It doesn't print as fast as the expensive Zebra, but it prints fast enough for my size. - Delivery is correct. I can't tell you how many labels I wasted calibrating another printer I had. It just snaps into place the first time. Although it was a bittersweet purchase for me, I don't regret it one bit. The print quality is better than my previous machine and I wish I had bought this one first. It's not cheap, but Zebra printers are the professional standard. They do exactly one thing (printing labels) and they do it very well.
