Did my homework. Use a good ceramic mug, smooth. Then wash with hot soapy water.1. CLEAN THE MUG WITH ALCOHOL. Wear latex gloves to prevent the oil from dripping from your hands back onto the mug as you paint. Don't touch the cup! Keep all colors below the LIP AREA, these colors are not food safe.2. Create your design. If you make a mistake, just wipe it off immediately with plenty of rubbing alcohol. Have paper towels and cotton swabs handy to fix ups.3. Place cups on a baking sheet in a COLD oven. Turn on the oven at 350 degrees, after it reaches the temperature, set the timer for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cups there until the oven and cups cool down, this usually takes several hours or overnight. Take your time. We made 42 mugs in one lesson and they are all still great with these colors and this method. Enjoy!
