I ordered this because I was intrigued by the straps that attach to an airplane seat. But when I take it on a flight between two major US cities, I'm completely unsatisfied. First, even in a bag, it's bulky and heavy. It was too big to put in my carry-on and it was awkward to knock on the outside of that bag. I flew on a major American airline that did not have the seat back wings that this headrest is designed for, so I was unable to use this feature. (I wonder how many of those planes?) I was still wearing a headrest. Despite being tall with a relatively long neck, I found the top of this headrest rested uncomfortably against my cheeks and made it impossible to use the Bose in-ear headphones. Also, it didn't support my chin, and even if I could attach it to the back of the seat and even if I fell asleep, my head would fall out of the headrest onto my chest. This thing failed on all counts.
