I received the printer cartridges and read the instructions. Was a little concerned when the instructions said "If the cartridge is not recognized after installation, reinstall the cartridge." I installed the cartridges and of course they were not recognized. So far I've reinstalled it 11 times. Every time I get the same message. The price difference is not worth the time.
