I have severe TMJ and despite a night guard, clench my teeth hard and wake up with awful headaches and so much neck and back pain. I have a really hard time sleeping through the night as a result.I didn’t hold out much hope when I opened the packaged and saw a squished roll inside. However it immediately flopped open to a firm pillow. I slept AMAZING. The pillow provides the correct amount of firm support without being uncomfortable and without hyperextending my neck. I woke up with dull neck and back pain from my muscles starting to relax, as opposed to the stiff, sharp pain I usually awake with.I’m on night 4 and have had consistent sleep and improving pain each day. I thought with so many reviews it had to be a scam, but it’s a truly excellent pillow!
