They always send me the wrong size.

I ordered size 5 kids twice and both times they sent me size 5 kids which was too big! I'm upset because the quality seems good and the shoes are really cute but I wish my little one could wear them now instead of waiting years to grow up in them! How troublesome to return them a second time!

Great school shoes for my granddaughter, she likes them a lot, true to size.

Cons

Shoes may not be suitable for outdoor use due to lack of support and traction.
