Great all round backpack for work/study. It has a padded slot for a decently sized laptop and one for a tablet in the main compartment, which also offers additional space for books and bulky items. There are two separate access zips for this area, one at the back for quick access to the laptop and the other a few inches forward for easy access, although you can use either one to access this area. A really good way to allow easy access to a laptop without having to open everything else. It also has another large compartment separate from the main compartment that is just as roomy but lacks internal pockets. Ideal for books/folders. There is a small consumables pocket on the front with plenty of slots and pockets for pens/accessories. Side pocket with zip and on the other side a bottle holder. There is a hard backed sunglass pocket on the top, although my sunnies are more impact sensitive on the outside than the inside, this isn't full protection, but does provide some coverage for delicate or easily scratched small items. . There are plenty of loops on the back and sides to hang everything, so many you can probably hang everything. There is also one on the shoulder straps. It can't be expanded, but it has a lot of space already built into it that most people won't notice. Good padding on the back and waistband for extra support. means, but offers a similar ingenuity and use of space to streamline what you wear. Everything has its place and there are many ways to fill and use it. Truly offers a one-stop mobile office. It's quite bulky even when empty, so more of a heavy backpack than a way to just carry a laptop.
