Living in Buffalo, we often get dry skin in the winter. We've tried many creams, including many prescribed by a dermatologist, with varying degrees of success. My wife recently had surgery on her ankles for dry broken skin and was hospitalized. Her skin healed within two days. The thing really works wonders. The cream has a fairly strong citrus smell which I find pleasant (it smells exactly like a shampoo that used to be popular but I don't remember the name and I can't find it in the store: if anyone can identify it, leave it please comment). Those who are sensitive to odors may find it unpleasant. The only other limitation is that silicone oils are used. This can be a problem for people working with adhesives as they are known to spread over the surface making bonding difficult. That's only a problem for the DIY enthusiast or those who need to work in places where we glue things together for a living (or even more rarely in surface chemistry labs). Since this is a relatively specific problem, I don't see the point in shooting stars, but it seems worth mentioning.
