I've been a customer for years, the cable is strong, lasts a few months, internal damage tends to break and bend to the point where it usually stops working within a year, depending , how often you use your phone or tablet while charging. They have a limited warranty, they will give you a replacement night lead free of charge if the warranty applies, and there is an online process with customer service to get one. The prices should go down a bit, although they are a bit high. But anyway I found a problem with my cable, I moved the giant knot and moved the wire a little and the sensor for it keeps working and turns off. I just recently got a warranty on one in transit because the cable broke again.
