I mainly purchased these as a lightweight option to wear in bathing suits - they did not disappoint! I hand washed them and let them air dry upon receipt. The inside foam wrings out well and they dry quickly. The fabric outer is also smooth and comfortable, esp. the part that goes against your skin. These are so nice, in fact, that they would also work in other clothing too, not just swimsuits. This product's price point also makes them a viable option. I ordered a size 7 and was pleased with the size/fit. I haven't tried the adhesive strips and I'm not sure I'll need them, but it's nice to have them if I do. I recommend you give these a first try and see if you don't agree. You can always return them but you just may be as happy as I am!
