Quality office supplies are essential to the smooth functioning of my small company. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent encounter with WEYOUNG online store. The WEYOUNG dry erase board I bought was of low quality and a pain to set up. It was difficult to write or sketch legibly due to the surface's irregularities. Unfortunately, the office technology gadget I purchased was just as unreliable, and it actually caused more issues than it solved. It was difficult to determine the quality of the items before buying them due to the lack of clear product descriptions and reviews. When I contacted customer support, I received a slow and unhelpful answer. I had no option but to look for replacements from other vendors, which cost me both time and money. In sum, if you're in need of dependable office supplies, I wouldn't suggest WEYOUNG online shop. The items are of poor quality, are priced excessively, and do not deliver as advertised. As the proprietor of a relatively modest enterprise, I have no time or money to spare on WEYOUNG's subpar offerings.
