I really wanted to write a good review for this watch

I really wanted to write a good review for this watch. To be honest it was amazing. The heart rate was accurate (double checked with a BP trainer and treadmill), the pedometer was accurate, it worked like a charm for the price and did what I needed it to. Until recently, these were learning smartwatches, meaning the more you wear them, the more accurate the data becomes. It adapts to your habits (e.g. one step towards the goal of 10,000 one day. If the goal is not met, it adapts to a more specific goal the next day). First, the more the battery is drained, the less accurate it becomes. I can wear my week with GPS and by the end of the week my steps are smaller and the "Move!" function (if you sit too long) becomes hyperactive and vibrates every 5 minutes. I swam with her for the first time last night. And while it still gave me time in the water, my pool swim function kept jumping across the screens and turning off because the screen is too sensitive due to waves on the water. I took a long walk this morning and the steps started in 1912. When I walked 2 miles it was still 1912 steps. I've tried syncing with my phone because it often helps, but to no avail this time. The HR function still seems accurate, and the sleep function is pretty cool (for all moms, this will be your favorite function). Again, given the price, you can't go wrong. I hope this is a software update issue and will resolve itself. **To update. The watch's "motion scale" flashes and stops counting steps. Please note the screen is not broken or cracked, this is a screen protector that I purchased with the watch.**
