Like. So much. It is not only suitable for recovery after training, but also for massaging tense muscles at the end of a long working day. I use the lower back ball all the time and it gives a lot of relief. The battery seems to last forever, but I love that the light ring changes color based on the color of the battery, so you'll always know if there's a charge. Dark green, lots of power. Less light green. Yellow is low I think. I only got to the "yellowish" color once, and even then it was still strong. It's "heavy quality" - not too heavy, but heavy enough not to feel cheap as it is! And quiet. Or at least quieter than some other devices I've seen. I can use it while sitting on the couch and watching TV without disturbing the rest of the room too much. The case is also decent (not amazing) quality. A good selection of nozzles too. I would definitely buy this again.
