It was very easy to assemble and I loved it for the first few months. After a while I noticed that it was no longer standing up straight even after I was very careful not to overload it and put the heavier shoes on the bottom. You can see in the photo that it is against the wall at the bottom but at the top it is sticking about 3-4inches out. After about 6 months I noticed that one of the connectors had actually completely broke and the pole was no longer connected. I was able to put the pole back in as seen in the picture and will try taping it. I wish I had invested in something else.
