Review on IDesign Cosmetic 5 Drawer Countertop Organization by Jerrica Colbert

Arrived today, great, I thought 3 days too early! It was in a plastic bag, wrapped and sealed with duct tape. Then I find 4 out of 5 boxes broken. Draw #2 below looks like it got hit with a hammer! Most of nobody's faces were gone. The piece with the pencil is there on the table (R, 2nd image). The rest of the parts are missing, neither in the plastic bag, nor in the packaging, nor in the box it arrived in! I don't think Revane is responsible for the damage. If it breaks in warehouse or during transportation. It was also well padded with airbags. But to get a refund or replacement I have to return it! I can't do it! I am at high health risk and Covid 19 is all around me! So I can eat $21 for that and buy another organizer! The manufacturer is responsible for this! It's like buying something "acceptable" from the warehouse. They tell you it's viable and lower the price. But these are not boxes 3 and 4, but 5 are cracked and 3 are missing! The damage spreads through the handles to all 4 boxes, they are all unstable! It must be replaced at my expense! Completely unfair! I do not recommend this company! I use 3 of their storage products. 2 of these blocks also arrived with cracks but we will fix them! Mary Ann Coy-Shurger!
