Review on Gatco 4366 Charlotte Glass Shelf: Elegant Satin Nickel Storage Solution by Vladimir Castillo

I chose this shelf to replace another one (different brand - bought from Target). It broke for me. It wasn't the glass that broke, but the "metal" supports! Turns out they were covered in plastic to look like metal. When I saw that the Gatco shelf was made with brass supports, I bought it even though it was a bit smaller. It's very solid and I'm not afraid of it breaking. My only complaint is that the stud spacing is less than 16 inches, which is standard wall stud spacing. I want to mount it directly in the racks and not on the wallboard. The distance is not adjustable because there are holes in the glass where the supports are attached.
