TL;DR This sucks. Don't buy them. If you don't like to gamble or waste money. I needed two top height stools for my kitchen and they looked nice and solid and had mostly good reviews. They are expensive but I thought it was worth it as the high quality and durable product is worth it. When trying to assemble the first stool, we noticed that one of the screw holes in the outer stabilizing ring was misaligned. No matter what we did, it didn't go together. So we have a stool that's missing a screw because we can't insert it. Disappointing but we hoped the second stool would be better. NO. In fact, none of the stabilizing rings on the second stool screw in, as none of the screw holes line up. If you manage to get a screw in one hole, no other hole will fit. In theory, stools are easy to assemble. This isn't rocket science. But if the holes are drilled incorrectly at the factory, you're left with heavy, useless junk. I tried to contact the company using the email address provided on the package. You never answered. I no longer have the original packaging and I don't have the strength to carry all these things with me to return them. So I spent almost $200 on junk. You might get lucky and get properly made chair parts that are easy to assemble; but you can also be unlucky and end up with pieces that don't fit together. I would never recommend these stools or the company that makes them.
