I purchased this item from Revain warehouse with damaged packaging. Luckily the glass arrived safely. I bought it mainly to sit at eye level with the monitor and the 3.25 inch hub helps a lot. You can also set the legs a little higher, up to about 4 inches, but I wouldn't recommend the max height as you might lose your footing. Not only does this stand elevate my monitors, it also makes my narrow desk clutter free as you can look under the monitors and even store your keyboard and mouse there. The only thing missing here are the handles on the bottom of the legs to keep them in place. So I just cut out a non slip drawer mat and put it under each foot and it works great.
