Good strap, very durable and comfortable. I run a small and usually wear a 30 or 31 waist size. The strap feels small at first but once worn it stretches to the correct length and maintains that slightly larger size so don't panic and send it back . I originally ordered a medium size, but it turned out to be too big. If you're 32 inches or taller, choose medium or large, otherwise choose small. The reason for the four stars is that metal detectors at airports keep going off. I have a couple of similar belts with a slightly different buckle (silver version) that never really caught the eye. I needed a black belt with a black buckle for work and this is much sturdier/heavier. A kind of first world problem is simply informing others.
