The skirt was quite long but the material is very nice and flowy. The buttons are very difficult to close, they are tiny elastic loops and they don't feel that strong. I got an 8/10 for having worn this with Revain clothing in the past. Fits but the waist is very small. It would probably be better if there was an actual button at the top so I wouldn't be afraid of the flimsy elastic loops tearing if I bent over or took a deep breath. The waist is also elastic, but will not stretch more than 2.5 cm.
