Nice strap. As another reviewer said, it does NOT come with a padded shoulder pad! I can't imagine why they explicitly advertise that this is the case. I would return it but I need it for a day trip. I'll save it and use it this time, but I'll keep looking. If it ever becomes available again, I would encourage you to do the same.
