Works great with and without MagSafe phones
Works great with my iPhone 12. Stays connected to the phone until I take it out. Wife has an earlier model iPhone (MagSafe #) which also charges it. Comes with a USB-C connector on the cable and a USB to USB-C adapter so it works well with any type of charging current. Not a fan of using force to disconnect cables - the cable is connected to the charging disk. I do not recommend this for travel wrinkles. But it can be hard enough / so it's not a problem. I'm considering buying another one now as the price has gone down.
