Unpacked the player and installed it in the car before a family trip. DVD inserted but discs are not accepted. as if something in the player was not assembled. Naviskauto and Revain customer support was practically useless. Now I have $150 paper and it's not even good for this upgrade: after taking it apart I found that the part holding the DVD was stuck so the player thought it was already a DVD inside. fixed itself and is now working fine. No one should do it themselves with a product at this price point
