So I love my fluffy babies more than probably myself. However, I do value my sleep. And when it's cold, my little furry frights love to sleep on top of me. More specifically, my chest. Each kitten weighs around 17-18 pounds. Such a heavy weight on the chest does not sleep well at night. I've bought them fluffy beds and put them in warmer places, but they still want to lie on themselves or their wife. It was actually pretty cute for a while, and you could tell who didn't want some love from their furry baby. Well, rest assured, when I'm awake I like wearing them, but when I'm sleeping it's not as nice. They also flinch easily at everything and dig their claws into you hard to get a hold and run under the bed until they realize it was just the coffee maker failing or my wife snoring. So we went back to Amazon to find something that would work. Amazon now has quite a range of heated pet equipment for sale, but most of these are either suitable for outdoor use or are large and bulky. Since we didn't need something the size of a mini shed in the middle of our bedroom, we decided to go with something smaller. Enter that oddly named ArdBergCS which I think is a reference to Futurerama? We ordered this bed for one of our cats and if she likes it we will buy another one. So we got this bed pretty quickly and were a bit overwhelmed at first sight. It's a big piece of white plastic with a metal base and very thin carpeting. We said okay and gave him a chance. We connected it to our phones, paired the app, rotated it 85° and placed it in a corner. About 2 hours later, when the cats explored it and briefly hissed at it, they fell asleep on it. Both. Only 36 pounds of cats on this thing. I also know how much they weigh because they are scales too. Be sure to put cats on their own diet! Since both cats don't go well with this article, we have ordered another one. And our two kittens will now only sleep in these heated beds. You just love them! They get the perfect temperature and give them the support they need. The only odd thing is that our cats are usually very possessive and will only eat out of their bowl or use their litter box. With these beds, however, they literally change beds every night. Strange but nice that they can share a bed. Incoming Pros/Cons Pros: - Works great, heats up fast, also cradles the cat - Controls sleep and programmable temperature - Cats love it, really, really like it - Controlled by a new app Cons: - It's not the prettiest , looks more useful than a cat bed - The material is very flimsy but cats love it so who can I complain about - the complicated app and instructions in the box were unclear how to set it up but once downloaded it is very easy . Used iPhones. - Short power adapter (had to add an extension cord). All in all great, cats love them and that's really all that matters. The only thing we didn't get to try was the catnip attachment as it didn't actually come with catnip. Anyway it's nice to have, if your cat is sensitive to catnip you just have to find a way to attach it to the piece it appears in and it just seems to take a certain shape!
