I'm size 20 and bust 42G. I bought a 4xl and the bottom fit well, the top is ok but the girls barely fit in the cups (also a bit spilled)! Seems pretty opaque to me, but haven't used it in water yet. I was a bit surprised by the long ties around the waist, the photo made me think it was a short tie but it is long and wraps around the whole body. Very happy with this purchase!
