It was painful. I've tried homemade creams and foot baths with essential oils.

I have had psoriasis since childhood. Mostly just rough spots on elbows and knees. Earlier this year I had another flare up on my legs this time. I had cracks in my heels and feet. It was painful. I tried homemade creams and foot soaks with essential oils, and ended up using gel foot soaks on a daily basis. Finally I found a review of CeraVe and decided to give it a try. For the first time in months my legs are beginning to heal. I will make sure I have a supply of CeraVe in my house.
