My cat was recently diagnosed with IBD. Wet food is the only food she can swallow. Up to this point she had been eating kibble and I had nothing to cover the can of cat food with. I had a 3 ounce glass jar but 6 ounces may cost less because of the chewy but I didn't have a container to put the jar in and cover it. I've done a lot of research here and was intrigued by silicone but worried about fixing rubber tears. They are all from China too. Ideally I wanted something American and easy to clean. Found and that's all I imagined and wanted. It's perfect for my 6 ounce cat food jar and 15 ounce gourd jar (for the dog). Definitely recommend! With a price for quality and I personally say that they are better than silicone.
