The box with the product was damaged and opened in the packaging, which did not introduce me and the projection lamp well. The box doesn't even seem like the right box for this item; used, normal holiday box. The item itself did not look like the photo; This is a gift for a child named Teddy so the ears on the lid were important. The caps/caps for the projection lamps (I've tried replacing) don't fit properly. They stick so tightly that when you open them, the spool is pulled out and the top of the spool falls off. I have a friend with this item so I was very happy to order it. Her lid fitted perfectly; I've put the lid on and taken it off a few times with no problems. Also, I wasn't sure what those sticky items at the bottom of the packing box were, but when I got the replacement these items were in a (also) used, regular holiday box - turns out the little floppy things "missing". "Ears (I think I would have found out quicker if they had been in the box with the lamp when I got them - I almost threw them away as packaging). With ears and all working parts, I like the projector. Flashlight. I wish the lid wasn't sticky and the packaging was better, but the lamp is worth it, especially considering that it costs about $15, which is a lot less than many projector lamps. And it has excellent options; the lamp is projected on the lampshade or on walls and ceiling as a night light; The remote control changes movement, brightness, has multiple color settings and more (did not check the timer, but my friend likes it); There are six projector films, including stars, good ones Night, Happy Birthday, Outer Space (Planets), Underwater and Dinosaurs My girlfriend said that this lamp is exactly what she has been looking for her whole life. J Now her grandson is at peace (2 months old) and hopefully my grandson will be fascinated by it soon. I really want to give the product 5 stars but the sticky lid and packaging on the two I received - I just couldn't do it.
