I've had a backpack for a little over a month - I've used it 4 times. When I got home today I found the bungee cord dangling from the front. The shirt that was kept in this bungee zone almost fell out. The small piece of plastic used to tighten the cord was gone rendering the cord unusable. Otherwise it was the right size for my adventures and I loved it. I believe this backpack should be replaced as it is clearly a manufacturing defect and not something I did with the backpack as everything else in it is like new.
