I bought one of these lovely clutches last year. I had no problems with the first one except that it was a huge pain to open. I just bought another one and got it today. While it was much easier to open, when closing, the clear little gems at the top started popping out. I kept opening and closing the clutch and more and more crystals fell out. A total of 13 out of 17 fell on the floor and onto the table just from opening and closing. So happy it happened now and not at the wedding I wanted to wear it too. I find them beautiful, but poorly made, the lacing corresponds to the quality. To return :(
