Spend more money on something better

When they cut the forks they made a very rough cut and didn't finish the edges properly. The jagged edges weren't sharp enough to cut my mouth when I tested the fork, but no adult would use cutlery with such rough edges, and I certainly don't plan on giving it to my child. The first photo shows the inside of the tines of the fork that was sent to me and the second photo shows the finish of a properly made adult fork. Oxo, Henkel, Oneida and several other brands make children's cutlery. They're more expensive, but you're putting these things in your kids' mouths, maybe not the place to save a few bucks.

Pros

Safe Edges - smooth-edged handles, rounded forks and knives with non-serrated blades for safe use by children. It is suitable for all ages, juniors, toddlers, preschoolers and school children.
